El Moscatel, the local grape of Manilva and a restaurant which stands for creative dishes of local produce and specialises in local, Andalucian, wines.  Since Roman times people are coming to this valley just of the coast for its green environment, the natural baths and of course for the making of wine.
Mark and Ninke came here after their first restaurant La Mani in Sabinillas became too small for their ambitions, their ambition to create a special dining experience whether it is for two, twenty or two hundred. They took their experience, their clientele, their extensive winelist and their creative cooking style to follow their dream with El Moscatel.
You can surprise yourself and your friends by our tasting menu and the Chef Mark, will prepare a 6 course menu (35€) from the best produce he has available then, being accompanied by wines selected by Ninke (15€ extra).
But there is also the weekly changing Prix Fix Menu (28€ for 3 courses) with a choice of seasonal dishes and a winelist with over 70 wines you can choose from.
Whether it is by the fireplace in the winter or in our secluded garden in the summer, you will always be served professionally with the best produce available by Mark and Ninke and their international team.
